This outback is always a 10/10. the food is always perfect and the service is usually timely. Today’s server, Spawn, was exceptional. She kept up with and bring drinks out before we needed them, kept our bread stocked, and give us adequate time to both eat and hangout. We will be back.

Where do I start? We were 1 of 5 tables in the whole restaurant. It took FOREVER for our server to even acknowledge us. We finally got a drink order and an appetizer in after about 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, we were served 2 waters. No straws. After about 10 minutes our server came by. We asked for straws. 10 minutes later, my margarita and our straws arrived. 10 minutes later, the appetizer arrived. 10 minutes later. They took our order. 20 minutes later our food arrived. At this point we are just ready to go. Asked for to go boxes. 20 minutes later, our to go boxes arrived. The the waiter leaned over our food, before we can box it up, to check us out on that stupid screen on the table. Top that off with being in the bathroom all night with diarrhea. Yeah.... Im good. Yall can have this place.

Revisited the restaurant 8.30.25. Many empty tables, no wait this time. I wonder if reputation caught with them. Wait staff took ling time to clean off tables, quite pathetic. Asked by several employees if we needed something and said yes. Told them what we neede only never to bring. Steak was not cooked correctly and had to send back. Whats funny is our waitress was trying to finish cleaning the same tables that were dirty when we were seated to now when were leaving. On top of that, they expected to be tipped 25%. Im sorry, you did not provide top notch service. People working seemed drunk or high or both. It is such a shame.

Not sure how theyre not shut down due to health violations... Floors were filthy/slimy. The whole restaurant smelled disgusting. A bug crawled on my leg from under the booth directly behind the hostess stattion . Never again.

I have not eaten inside an Outback Restaurant in maybe 10 years, and after this experience, I will likely only order curbside. The entire place smelled like dirty mop bucket, or urine, or possibly both. The food was what you expect from a chain, but definitely not worth the price tag. The server was friendly and ok.

Well, I ordered blooming fired chicken something I order all the time it comes out looking like regular fried chicken. So I ask server are you sure this is blooming fried chicken ? They say yes so I took a bit and I’m thinking they just lied to my face and laughed about it. So server gets manager he come an and talks to me doesn’t do anything but say sorry and says he is going to take care of it. Take the chicken off the check. I’m still hungry like I was when I went into restaurant but now very hurt that I was lied to then to hear them laughing about it was so hurtful. While being hungry the whole time. This is not like them to act this way. I hope yall get y’all’s act together

Have tried emailing corporate. Calling the store. No one cares that 1- our appetizer came out with the meal.
2- the steaks were fatty and full of gristle.
We will not be back, especially since the manager or corporate can’t even be bothered to give us a call or take three minutes to write an email.
I bet if the charge is disputed they’ll find time then

Yes I’ve already did the whole outback.com/contact since that’s their generic BS reply back. The manager is a joke. I’ve spoken to Chris and Raymond.
If you want food poisoning from shrimp, bugs in your salad then this is the place for you!!
Can’t even get a refund, but you will get offered a giftcard. Who would want to go back. Will be reporting to the health department and BBB
