Love the food. My Geaux-to is the Phở Nạm Bò Viên with extra meatballs. I can honestly eat them meatballs every day; they’re so delicious. Ingredients are the ALWAYS freshest. Crunchy bean sprouts, fresh jalapeño, and flavorful phở

Service and food were pathetic. I mentioned not to add shrimp in my food and they did! Thankfully I noticed it before having it! I had a horrible day after tasting the broth! They took the food and gave me option to choose something else! No apologies or discount after making a terrible mistake! Thank god I only had mild allergies!!

Very nice cutesy mom and pop shop - ordered pho and meat was generous. veggies generous. Im very nauseated due to Ozempic so I cant eat the La Carreta or Outback next door. The pho was just light and pleasant for me to digest. Also the spring rolls were also low calorie and light.

Had the grilled chicken salad with house ginger dressing. It's so fresh and tasty.
Had the French press coffee with condensed milk. It's so flavorful. Was my intention to take half home, but it was so good I ate the whole salad.
I have no pictures of coffee, I couldn't wait to drink it. Very rich, should probably drink earlier in the day. Was a little coffee buzzed.

This was my first time at Pho Saigon. I ordered the spicy lemongrass beef soup. It was delicious. It was served in a huge bowl. It was piping hot and very delivious. The beef was sliced thin and was so tender and flavorful. My friend got the vegetarian vegetable soup. She said it was delicious. The soup came with a small plate containing sliced jalapeno peppers, a couple of lime wedges, cilantro and bean sprouts. Everything was fresh and very good. We will definitely return.

I hit up Pho Saigon in Covington, LA, and dove into their menu item #18—Rare Steak, Brisket, and Tendon Pho—like it was my job. This bowl is a beefy masterpiece, with a broth so rich it could star in its own foodie biopic. The rare steak was tender enough to write poetry, the brisket basically dissolved on my tongue, and the tendon? A chewy little plot twist that screamed, “You’re bold, and I’m here for it!” Paired it with their Vietnamese iced coffee, and holy beans, Batman—this stuff is like a caffeinated karate kick. Silky, sweet condensed milk meets bold coffee in a glass that’s basically liquid swagger. My only gripe? I’m now spoiled for life, and my shirt smells like I rolled in herbs and caffeine. Five stars—Pho Saigon, you’re my new food crush!
