About a week and a half ago, I ordered from this location. I placed the order at 5:19pm and the tracker said delivery would be 6:19pm. At 6:15pm, I checked the tracker and it was still showing our pizza hadn’t even gone into the oven. I thought maybe the tracker was just off so I waited another ten minutes or so and it still showed it had not been put into the oven. I tried to call the store 3 times over a matter of 15 minutes and it just rang and rang- no one ever picked up....read full review
Second time in a row my pizza has arrived cold, very dry and this time totally destroyed!!!!! The pizza looked like it had been dropped on the floor, picked up and randomly tossed back in the box. Called to complain and was told I would have to reorder a pizza to get credit for this mess. I asked the manager how to I contact corporate to which she replied “I don’t know”!
waited 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. no call or anything to let me know it wasn't coming as they had closed 40 min after I made my order.
