PJ's Coffee is a coffee shop with a drive-through option. While some customers have experienced issues with rude service and incorrect orders, others have enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly employees. Prices may be considered high, and some drinks may come with too much sugar by default. However, the shop has a nice ambiance, not too loud or quiet, making it suitable for conversations. Overall, PJ's Coffee has its strengths and weaknesses, but the company is taking steps to address customer concerns.
