I get that your supplementing you're driving force with doordash but why does that mean that you have to have nobody working in store?

has consistently gotten almost every single order i’ve made wrong. finally writing a review because on the most recent order i picked up, the breadsticks were plain instead of the cheesy ones. my brother had made the order, i ate one, and he told me they were wrong after the fact; wasn’t planning on going back since i already ate one but my brother wanted to head in and see if they’d mind fixing it (since they couldn’t use the breadsticks at this point, anyways.) brother claimed fault for one of them being eaten and the person at the counter told him that was “pretty stupid” of him. absolutely unacceptable in customer service and i am very disappointed, would have been fine with being told it wasn’t possible but insulting him was completely shocking. since nothing i order from here comes out right anyways, i’ll save my money and time somewhere else.

Pizza Hut's pizzas have really improved in the last few years. Definitely better than competing national chains, and about equal to local pizza shops. Cheaper, too

They have forgotten the extra sauce that I ordered the last 2 times. I even wrote “don’t forget the sauce” on the delivery instructions. And I give a good tip too! They’re literally around the block and we try to buy local. Between the delivery fee and the tip it cost an extra $10 easy. I am quitting Pizza Hut. Not worth the aggravation anymore. If I order and pay for something extra they need to deliver it. The staff is very nice when I picked up one time. But I’m done.

Everytime I have this location delivered, which is at least 3 times a month, it is SO hot and perfect!
Ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was over cooked and dry. Wings were so dry I couldn’t eat them. Called the store and they gave me store credit. But not for the whole amount. Every time I order from this store food is not good.

Had original crust chicken and pineapple pizza and the chicken Alfredo bowl and everything was super fresh and tasted amazing. Best experience yet at the Covington Highway 1077 location in Louisiana.

I don't like to be negative the place could of been a lil cleaner. I'd understand if it was busy and they were rushing around, but staff wasn't doing anything except the one checking me out. And the young lady was very friendly. Pizza a lil more greasy than normal also. Hoping it was just an "off day".
