We were in the drive thru and I’m hoping the lady taking orders was only having a bad day. We attempted to order and she gave attitude during the whole interaction and was incredibly aggressive and rude when we simply asked to add a biscuit. The transaction was not complete so we left. No point in giving our business to a corporation when you have staff/service like her.

The Popeyes on hwy 190 never gets the orders correctly dining in or thru the window, it doesn’t matter the manager or employees throughout several years. The site needs to be shut down.

Only problem is size of the chicken, my biscuit was bigger than the thigh.
So I got Popeyes today for lunch paid 13 for a three-piece with a drink I ordered dark meat I got two legs and a thigh. the leg one of them looked more like a wing then a leg the red beans and rice had literally one bean.. you would have thought they would have filled up that very little cup but they didn't.. in it very disappointed I could have literally got the buffet down the street for less money they are stupidly overpriced

Don't waste your time ordering ahead via either online or app cuz they will make you wait with walkin orders my order was placed at 3:27pm to pickup at 4:15pm get there and am told to wait, 15 mins for an order placed 45 mins earlier What's the point

Down home goodness. My wife is from NO, she loves Popeyes chicken strips! I enjoy the mash potatoes and gravy along with the biscuits!

Today i just mobile ordered for the first time never had an issue with Popeyes at this location at all until now i asked if i can have 3 sauces n was told that i asked for too many sauces and then proceeded to get the sauces i didn’t want, the drive thru girl that handed me my order lacked customer service, i will not mobile order from y’all again
