Computer went down while we were trying to pay with credit card. About a 5 minute delay after they changed to a handheld computer to accept the credit card.

waited 20 min for my food to come out. when the food came out it was cold, ice in tea was completely melted, and there was no napkins in my bag. the guy that brought out the food to me did not say anything either.

I usually love this canes and I often order jugs of unsweet tea. Well tonight I came in and got 2 jugs . It took 30 minutes to get my order. I watched countless other people who ordered after me get their order. So I asked the girl at the counter and she brought out one jug of sweet tea so I informed her and she stopped making my order.

Now this place is just top notch! I come here every Saturday and order a Box combo but I don't order coleslaw because I'm not a huge fan of it, But the food is sooo amazing like their Chicken fingers are crispy and juicy but dipping them in Cane's sauce is just outstanding!

Their food is always fantastic! Clean polite staff. Smiling even in a crowded dinning room! The seating is rather small for the people coming through. I would definitely recommend Raising Cane's Chicken!!

Had our dog in the car, and the lady at the window asked if she could give our dog a peice of chicken ... and she put it in with our order! How sweet! Makes me want to go wherever that lady works!

Fast, hot food, clean and good service! My order wasn't right but it's fine. The food I got was good too! The server at the drive through was very sweet and I liked that she looked me straight in the eyes while we were speaking to each other.
