Terrible service the guy working looked like he didn’t even want to be there he had a backpack on with a rotten attitude I ordered 2 rally burgers and a large fry he gave me a half cooked burgers and the cheese taste like it just came out the fridge it was cold burgers and soggy fry’s that taste like old grease the other Rally’s locations are great this hasn’t been good in years

I had such a wonderful experience today. My husband and myself drove from Slidell to Covington (30 minutes away) just to get Rally’s. We don’t have one in Slidell. I must say the young lady that served us was very pleasant, friendly, and very patient. We ordered almost half the menu because we knew it would be a while before we’d have it again. Her customer service skills were impeccable and I commend her for her efforts and disposition. Our food was prepared fresh and hot. I’m immensely satisfied with our experience at this specific location. If you’re ever in Covington and want a great fast food experience stop by and try them out. Ask for Shandra, she’s a sweetheart. ☺️♥️

the worst people i’ve ever met in my life. made me cry on my first visit and my friend cry a couple moths after that, two separate employees. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional for NO reason. based off the reviews, they don’t seem to care that they have a disgusting staff as this has been an ongoing complaint for months.
