I love rally’s but this is the 2nd time I came to this same location where I was disappointed! My burger & fries were cold. They should just close this location down or get new people to run it!

Every time I’m in Covington Louisiana, I try to go Rally’s. Today I got the five dollar T-Pain meal My food was Cold as ice service was rude as hell asked for some ketchup they out asked for my sandwich, be cut in half they don’t do it just rude as hell The chicken nugget, they got with the five dollar meal was hard as a brick just horrible, and the manager is just as ignorant as the team members just sad to watch y’all need secret shoppers

Their food and drinks are amazing there! The people who work there are reasonable and friendly. I cannot forget that their burgers are juicy and delicious at the same time. I most certainly enjoyed their seasoned fries as well.
