They don’t tell you the tickets are non refundable until you purchase them. The customer service is rude. There are no refunds for any reason (sickness)Tickets are pricey. After doing some digging on the reviews, it seems they get pretty poor reviews everywhere for other issues. I would go with a top rated tour company vs Reverly. Buyer beware!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I tried to cancel our tour due to impending stormy weather (within the guidelines on my confirmation receipt). However, I was told they had changed the policy and would not honor my confirmation. NO REFUND!!! I was not notified that there had been a change in the policy from 24 to 48 hour notice so they should have honored the confirmation they sent me (IN WRITING!)
