I usually come for drinks. Every time I have come in the last few months the sweet tea is old. It taste unfresh and and pungent and sour. I've spent over $50 in sweet tea and every one I've thrown away. Not to mention they take forever. They click the button saying there on the way and takes them an additional 10-15 minutes before showing up

⭐ 1 Star This Sonic desperately needs new management. Over the past year, multiple visits have been disappointing — with terrible service, long wait times, and food that’s clearly been sitting out too long before being delivered.
This visit was the worst yet. The order screens weren’t working, so we tried to help by placing our order through the app. We checked in at 1:36 PM, but the store didn’t acknowledge it until 1:42 PM. At 1:50 PM the app said our food was ready, but nothing was brought out. A carhop eventually told us she had to remake the shake because it had melted — which proves the order had been sitting there for a long time.
Every single car that pulled in after us got their food and left before we did. At one point, a carhop even tried to give us someone else’s order. When our food finally arrived, it was sloppy, cold, and completely unappetizing — barely any meat on the burgers, mustard smeared all over the box, and everything looked and tasted careless.
Unacceptable service, terrible food quality, and a total waste of money.

Stopped to get ice cream Sundays for my kids to celebrate one of their birthdays. Service was fairly quick for 6 ice cream sundays and one limeade drink, easy to order, great ice cream.

The food here is ALWAYS fresh and delicious! Burgers are juicy, tots are perfectly crispy, and the drinks are spot-on every time. You can tell everything is made with care because it’s always hot and tastes amazing. This Sonic is my go-to when I’m craving something fast but still flavorful—absolutely love it

The food was great but the employees not so much. The girl who brought out our order (Shyanne) was extremely rude and had a complete attitude because my husband asked for sauce. We proceeded to wait for 10 minutes while she’s in side talking to her coworkers we called back in for sauce and still nothing. We ended up just leaving, not only did she give off an extremely negative view of this sonic, but she also missed out on a tip.we get that fast food can be stressful but ignoring a customer and being disrespectful over something small as sauce is uncalled for.
I used to love Sonic. This location in particular (Emerald Forest blvd) has gone downhill, however. I can understand small errors every so often. But my last visit there, this afternoon, will be my last ever.

Messed up my simple drink order several times. When drinks corrected the route 44 has less fluid than the large. Absolutely horrible. Having a smile doesn't help if the problem isn't being corrected or is made worse.
