My wife ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and she had to spit it out because it tasted like cleaning chemicals.
The service here is terrible. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 fountain drinks and tater tots. It wasn’t even busy when I showed up so it doesn’t make any sense

A business that serves a million individual items but never anything to carry them in. It must be against their religion to have cup holders and decent sized bags to carry a whole order.
All I ordered was two drinks and it took almost 20 minutes.

Poor quality food . Don’t get the popcorn chicken it’s hard and cold batter and the fries are cold and mushy … if traffic wasn’t so bad I’d bring this back and get a refund

The order taker was very rude. From the first item I ordered, she kept saying, "Is that all?" I wasn't even pausing. She just kept interrupting me. They delivered my order without the extra condiments (2 marinara) I ordered and paid for. Called back for the condiments, and they brought 1 of the 2 out. I just gave up at that point. Worse was the cheese sticks that I ate immediately, but we're Luke warm at best.
