"I’ve been ordering the chicken strip box for years; it comes with chicken, fries, one onion ring, and a piece of bread. The box also makes it easier to eat the meal—you can put the sauce in the side of the box so it doesn’t spill. Went there and ordered some drinks, a shake and a lime fruit slush. Got home and was halfway done my slush when I stirred it up and took a sip and a piece of someone’s fingernail was in my mouth! That was bad enough but when I called to let them know about what had happened the manager was rude. Totally disgusting and will NEVER be back to find out what else is in their food / drinks. 🤮
So this was the second screw up in a week. Monday, order sonic burger no cheese add mustard, recurved only cheese and mustard.
Today: order 2 drinks mozzarella sticks and cheddar peppers and queso burger.
Carhop delivered food a read back order, no problem. Open the bag, someone else’s burgers with fries. Called in on box, Mgr came out and picked other people’s food and someone on the speaker said they were out of cheddar peppers did we want mozzarella sticks....read full review
