This location didn’t have the ‘order ahead on the Starbucks app’. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before being informed at the order window that they had a problem with their hot water system. I wish they had a sign posted outside to let customers know before waiting in line.I gave them 2 stars because the person who told me they were out of hot water was courteous.

Not sure who is in charge at hiring staff at this Starbucks but they are bad at their job. Every single time I have gone into this starbucks when it's super slow or super busy the staff is extremely rude. One time they seemed to have completely forgotten about my order as 30 minites had passed and my friends got their drinks and no one else was in the store I went to check with the workers so see if maybe they had forgotten the boy I talked too made a comment "oh youve been waiting 30 minutes" in a sarcastic tone and then proceeded to start making the drink (which they had clearly forgotten about). Rude staff and all around bad people. Avoid this particular starbucks if you can help it.

I specifically told them I wanted extra pumps and paid for it. But I didn't get it. My drink still tasted like watered down milk.They were nice and quick. But the drink was bad. I ended up dumping it out.

They have changed the pike place roast without warning and now it taste like water and gives me a headache. Cutting cost and going cheaper but charging more.

By far the worst starbucks I've ever encountered. When they first opened I thought it's ok their new and still getting the hang of everything..well it's been a few years now & nothing has changed. They are the SLOWEST baristas imaginable. It doesn't matter if there's only one person in line in front of you, they will find a way to make you wait 30 minutes. This morning I attempted to go thru the drive thru at 6:37, they open at 6. I sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order before deciding to drive to the window after seeing a few cars pull behind me. When I got to the window there were 2 baristas I could see and neither one would acknowledge me. Eventually another woman opened the window and asked if I needed something. I told her I was waiting to be served but no one acknowledged me, she told me "well thats because we're not open yet" as if I was a burden. I said the sign says you open at 6 she said "well we are running late" how is that my problem? No apology, no courtesy. I asked if they were able to take my order she said probably in about 10 min. So I left. I typically avoid this starbucks at all cost but it's the closest to my house and I was making good time this morning so I went there. Normally I drive out of my way to go to another location. I hope the owner reads this because your business needs serious help.

This location has the absolute best morning crew. Drinks are made in seemingly less then one minute. I'm never in line long at all. And my drinks are always made correctly. Wonderful job!!

I love the employees here! Everyone is always smiling and in a happy mood. The coffee and pastries come out very fast so i have only waited a minute or two compared to other locations. I love coming to this location!!

Spoke to Ashley who has zero sense of customer service and continually tried to talk over me as I was trying to explain to her my frustration with the inconsistency of the amount in my venti vs when I order a grande.Recommend she get retrained on how to speak to an upset customer to prevent a 1 star review in the future.
