My second time ordering from this location online both times had issues with how my subs were made. I think this is my last time ordering from this location.

Every time I order honey oat bread it is stale.. Every time.. Last time I was there the kid asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no he said “you sure” and I again said no thanks. He then proceeded to throw the bread away and grab a fresh one. I was literally speechless, he was justifying giving me stale bread if I got it toasted. Management needs to step up and make sure that all the stale bread is being chucked and not toasted and sold as “fresh” This spot was my go to but now I feel like if they are selling stale bread, what other gross practices are happening there.

They made me the best sandwich i have ever eaten, it was so good my dog exploded when he tried a bite. REST IN PEACE
Please do not order your food online for your sake. I ordered a meatball marinara on their app with extra meatballs and sauce also I wanted my bread toasted before the toppings went on. They toasted my bread way to long it was to hard to even eat it ! There was no sauce on my sandwich WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR. This place is a Joke !

The girl with the short black hair and glasses has to be the slowest person I've ever had, serving me at a subway, and then she dropped my sandwich on the ground before handing to me. Granted she offered to put it in a new bag but she took so long putting my toppings on my sandwich was already ice cold and I had it toasted twice. Atleast the place is clean
