Taco Bell in Covington

“This was my last and final visit to any taco bell. After ordering and pulling up to the window, the lady says we're out of onions and tomatoes. I don't know if the veggie Mexican pizzas come with those or not. I said it doesn't have onions but it does have tomatoes. She said well we're out. I asked if I could get an extra spoon of beans on them. She said no we can't do that. I said, well then it should be cheaper if it doesn't have allot the ingredients. She said no we can't do that. Being hungry we go ahead and pay for the order. After pulling away and parking so we can eat, I remove one veggie Mexican pizza from the bag. The box had beans all over it. My hand was coated in beans. The other Mexican pizza box was covered in beans also. The napkins were useless because they were all dirty.
And they were horrible. Nothing but a shell with beans and cheese.

“The late night staff at this location consistently exceeds expectations in terms of efficiency and quality of the product they are serving. I choose to place mobile orders and use the AI to get things going at the restaurant and it really seems to improve the experience, allowing the staff time to focus on the food rather than handling an order while making food(most of us have been there and it's good to see AI being put to proper use). I'm generally greeted with a smile or at minimum a hello and this is par for the course in the fast food environment. Keep up the consistent service!“

“Easy to find location and clean outside as well. Restroom was clean too. This location prefers you to use the kiosk.. I believe that's why no one greeted upon entry either. (4 stars- not a good way to get people to use kiosks)I'm like most people across the country.... I want to come in, look at the menu, tell someone my order, pay, get my number and wait. The kiosk is a bother almost. Food was good, fresh, and hot as well.“
