Taco Bell in Slidell

“Very clean and fast this location is old Spanish trail ., but Gause location I waited 35 minutes then they bumped my order total time in this receipt 43 minutes all together the one young who was not on the clock spoke to me and then I never got my food the manager gave me my money and apologized and gave me 2 coupons for free tacos . But here is the problems when someone wake in your establishment you greet them ask what can you do to help them.. if after 10 minutes they are still there you inquire please. I want to thank the manager at Gause location for the coupons but too many people got their food before and this can not happen again“

“The customer service was better, but still inhospitable overall. This visit, I was not told that the "system" was down and that I could not get my food that I already paid for through my app. The food today was good, but not as hot as it should have been.“

“AI ordering is a little janky but the lady at the window tonight was on top of it! Got our order right even after AI messed it up a little bit and gave us the sauces we asked for without hesitation. Her demenor and customer service was spot on! No rush at the window, double checked on everything before handing our order over, cordial and super friendly. Made us feel like we were visiting family not a fast food establishment. Would give her 10 stars if I could. Cashier Myuneeka you were awesome! Made this pregnant lady's night :)“
