I just went to two taco bells, and neither had any workers to serve me. The first one, on 190, had A CAR blocking the drive-thru. The one on 21 had no workers inside of it. I hate to be that person, but that is just ridiculous. If you are going to advertise your hours being until 2am then that should be demonstrated.

No cheese, no cheese sauce for chips, no cinnamon twist, no taco sauce, no straws.... The wait was incredibly long.... Our whole order was incorrect, and they gave us patertowels from the bathroom.. 😳 What is going on at this location?

I highly recommend this place. The restaurant and dining area is very clean. The staff is friendly and courteous.
Parking: It has plenty of places to park.
Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly in the sense that they have a good kid menu.

Ordered on the app ahead of time and selected in store, but when we got there the doors were locked and we were told to go through the drive through. No problem really, but my whole order was messed up. I'm used to taco bell never putting my sauce in the bag, so we asked as they handed us the bag if the sauce was in there, and was told it was. It was not, there was none whatsoever. Not to mention I had a whole bowl of the fiesta potatoes that was not given to me. We also had one of the cravings boxes that comes with the chips and the nacho cheese, and we didn't even get the nacho cheese. I hate coming to this taco bell because this happens Everytime.

We literally sat in the drivethru for 10 minutes with no one answering or saying anything. When we pulled up to the window to see what was going on, the two girls working were standing there chatting and told us "Oh, they just needed a second". they would not take our order at window so we then had to go through again and get stuck behind people that were orginally behind and then continued to wait another 5 minutes while they were again ignoring the car in front of us. All for the robot to end up taking our order, so not sure what exactly was the hold up.
**edit** We finally got our food. My supreme tacos has no sour cream nor tomatoes so I had to turn around and go inside to handle it and I walk into the women wearing the headset texting on her phone.

This location is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve gone to this location the employees are rude and the food is never made right. I ordered a regular meal for two and a veggie meal for two. I was pulled around to the front of the store and waited for 30 minutes just for my food to not be correct. Both of the Crunchwrap supremes ONLY had lettuce and tomatoes, did not contain meat, cheese or sour cream. The cheese quesadillas did not have any cheese in it at all, on top of which I paid for extra cheese and extra creamy jalapeño sauce. I spent over $40 on my meal just for them to cut corners and not make the food correctly to order and make me wait a long time in front of the store. Never go to this location if you want your food to be made correctly!

You're either going to get a semi decent meal or the worst. Wait takes forever and the staff decides how busy they want to be by capping orders at certain price ranges. Was told one morning that it would take 30 minutes to make more eggs and as a restaurant worker myself there is no egg that takes that long, liquid carton or out of the shell.

Employees setting around in the lobby looking at me crazy for driving though like I interrupted there break but there at “work”. Everything I asked for they were out of. At least they had a taco. I paid with “ exact change only” wouldn’t even accept card.

You don't even deserve one star. The kitchen is disgusting, the employees are working idly. Doesn't Louisiana have a health department or any inspections? They should raid all the restaurants, pizza places and workplaces without warning. Why don't the kitchen workers wear galoshes? The ads say "Why don't the employees wear galoshes?" You have no right to keep the already lazy customers waiting for so long. Everything is terrible.
