Found an ant in my frozen yogurt after stirring my toppings around tonight. When I brought it to the employee behind the counter’s attention & asked for another one, I was told there was nothing they could do, because they couldn’t verify that it came from their facility. I had been sitting down with my niece for less than 2 minutes. Then I was told to just “scoop it out” or eat around it. Extremely unprofessional & unsanitary. Threw the cup away. Will not go back.
Very sanitary! Employees now get your dessert and toppings for you. There’s a couple indoor sitting areas and a couple outdoor spots, too. Employee was as safe as possible. Highly recommend!
I love this place! It’s my granddaughter and I favorite place for dessert ❤️❤️
