An amazing place with pretty amazing food and service. The food is always good and so are the smoothies. I genuinely would recommend this place over the other local quick food stops just because it doesn't feel like a fast food stop. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing

I have ordered here twice in the last 30 days. Both times the same two teenage employees completely ignored my daughter and I and we waited for 5 mins for them to finish their conversation before it was given to us. At which time the food was cold. Also there was not one napkin in the bag. The owner called me immediately upon me filling out a survey on line and he told me he would refund me for my order. That was a lie. The customer service department in whatever state that handles the on line surveys did send me a $6 gift card which will go right in the trash. The employee’s are rude and unhelpful and the owner lies to its customers. To bad Smoothie King doesn’t offer food.. never again will this establishment get a dollar of my money.

My husband and I Tropical Smoothies and have been to many, all over the east and south. This is the very best one we've been to. The employees are so nice! Best Chia Banana Boost smoothie ever, and the veggie wrap was SOOOO good! Can't go wrong here.

Every week me and my coworkers order from here. Never had a problem except today. Kale salads were obviously old. They were browning. Chicken wraps were cold. We called they said they would replace it. My co worker went and was treated horribly. The old lady with red hair with the yellow shirt was beyond prejudice. Talked to my coworker any type of way and told her she wasn’t going to remake it all.

Went here on a recommendation from a supervisor .What I will say is that the smoothies here are REALLY Good much better than smoothie King and prob more REAL ingredients over powder used.However the food is good but you get very skimpy amount of meat... There may have been 4-5 slices in a quesadilla. I know it's not just me bc said supervisor also said her wrap was very light on the meat side.Staff here was not overtly friendly. I don't think anyone greeted or asked to take an order or anything.My recommendation download the app, stick to smoothies only, and use curbside pickup

First off I want too say that tropical smoothie workers do not care about anything. One time I went to the cafe it was bad I found hair in my food and the place was a mess. It is like they don’t do their job I have never seen the workers sweep the floor ever. Last the managers are bullies they are being mean to there co workers.

Ordered my usual avocalada and veggie wrap today around 11 and the young lady who made the wrap did a fantastic job. By far the best version of this wrap I’ve ever had since ordering here the past few years
