last time visiting - sat at the window patiently for about 20 minutes just to be told to come inside. There was a line of cars behind me. What happened to fast food?! I left. The whole point of a drive thru, is to drive thru.

Just went to 2200 Florida St Wendy's and had a horrible experience u can look at the review.

So I went to this Wendy's in Covington and my mood completely changed, the staff where super friendly and passionate about there job and on top of all of that the food is sending me into a comma it's so good . Thank you for this

Service was horrible, after 15 minutes of waiting I went back to the window for a refund. Oh so sorry we didn't bring your order out. The burgers were cold, fries hard as rocks, and tasted like stall grease. I will not go back here again.

2nd and last visit to this location. The smell of old grease from the drive thru window was overwhelming. Fries were inedible as were the chicken tenders. $17 for a single, fries and 3 tenders. Which means I just spent $17 for a cheeseburger from Wendy's and the smell of old grease is now on my house. Never again.
