This place has gone downhill over the past few years!The floor is sticky. You wait forever for your food. Prices have drastically increased. I've seen wrapped burgers fall on the floor and be put back on the line.Dave would be appalled!

Went to get lunch for the kiddos, didn’t receive the nuggets ordered for either kid, or the oatmeal bar that was ordered. No bbq as ordered either. Seems like every time I go to this Wendy’s they miss something on the order. Won’t be going back anymore if ordering for more than one person. They need to get it together

Do not go here. Everyone in there is on drugs and high right now. It is 9:20 PM we stayed in line. It took them eight minutes to answer the window. Then they pulled us forward 20 minutes for the food. They forgot the drink and never brought it back out then they all disappeared in the back, so we never received our drink. They are screaming over the intercom. Highly highly intoxicated eyes are bloodshot, red stumbling what kind of establishment is this? I am going there tomorrow night, and if the same thing is going on, I am going to call the cops.

picked up a "quick" dinner after getting home from a 6 hour road trip. The challenged order taker took an exorbitantly long time to find a Jr bacon cheeseburger . I was due $.22 change, and all they had was pennies. No nickels or quarters, dimes. No paper in the register, so no receipt. The double with lettuce, mayo and cheese has lettuce, cheese and a tomato. Took WAY too long for such a simple order, and I'll never go back.

I ordered from this wendys around 10:30 at night and the man on the intercom told me to wait. So, I wait and he comes back and asks for our order. I ordered two bacon double stacks, a ten piece, spicy nugget, and a large fry. He then says, “You never told me what biggie bag you wanted,” in a rude tone of voice.. Not to mention they had loud music blaring through the intercom. I get to the window and he said my card was “declined” so, he asks for cash ($20.09 to be exact). I have money on my card, but I drove ten minutes to get cash from an atm anyway. I come back and hand the man a $20 which I believe he kept for himself since we never got a receipt and that order costs more than $20. I checked the bag and everything looked to be normal, but when I got home and was about to start eating, the fries and nuggets were freezing cold like they had been in a fridge and my bacon double stack was a single-patty, plain burger. Let’s just say my dog enjoyed his meal on this day.

Husband spent an hour going here to get us lunch. Ordered 1 baconator, 2 cheeseburgers (plain,) and 1 large fry.Came home to find that he had the cheeseburgers and fry, but instead of the baconator that he was CHARGED FOR, he had a small, plain hamburger.One of the last times I was there, despite paying with a credit card, the guy at the window came back to me with cash "change." I pointed out the error, and checking my bill later, found that he'd charged my order AND someone else's. I reported it to the manager, who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it.
