We stopped at this location during our trip through the area.I'd have to admit, I am an overly friendly, use my manners type of person... I left this establishment wondering what the heck type of people hire such miserable employees. But then I realized that maybe it wasn't the employee's fault that the manager clearly didn't schedule enough workers.Upon my arrival, the lady working the till, was over making fries. She immediately explained that she'd be just a few minutes. When she came over, I explained that I'd be ordering 8 meals... she didn't seem impressed nor did she really give any type of reaction other than to motion that I hurry up and get along with my order. After I completed my $145 order, she abruptly walked away and went back to making fries and helping the other workers prep food.When my order was ready she quickly put the bags down infront of me and didn't say a word. When I asked if she had any type of tray to carry all 7 of the drinks I ordered, she simply said "no Mame" and walked away.When we got back into our RV I realized we were missing my youngest daughter's chicken nuggets so I asked my oldest to go back in and grab them.As I stated above, at first I thought the lady waiting us on was rude and shouldn't have any right being in customer service... but after some consideration, I'd like that overworked young lady to have some sympathy. She was clearly doing the job of more than one employee and was run off her feet. I'm sorry to her for judging her so harshly... I hope that her employer see this and realizes that not all patrons will see what I saw... but they will judge your establishment on the poor customer service and likely never return. You need to do better for your employees so that your customers are better taken care of.

This location has been on a steady decline when it comes to service and the employees' attitudes. On my last visit, the manager argued with me for about 5 minutes insisting that I ordered through the app for a different location. It wasn't until another employee overheard us and said that my order was sitting under the heat lamp by the fries. No apology from the manager. Here's a suggestion for the future... of you can find my order in the computer, try asking if anyone else has already processed it and bagged it.Prices keep going up and they are certainly not worth $10 to $12 for a combo meal. I only order deals through the app now.

I go here at least every other day as a doordash driver. This is the WORST restaurant on the north shore. They will only take one car at a time through drive through and then make you pull up out of the way. I can only assume this is to stop their drive thru counter. I have had big and large orders from here when it’s busy and it’s slower. It doesn’t matter what you order they are going to make you pull to the side to stop their counter and it’s going to take AT LEAST 20 minutes. Even if it’s just you. You better check your bag too because the amount of times things are missing/wrong is insane.Stay clear if you are a customer, be ready for a long wait if you at a delivery driver.

The women was rude, said the food was already made couldn't change my mind when ordering my sandwitch. This honestly is the worst Wendy's ever! Very rude employees and not friendly At all. Plus they never give you a receipt!

Waited in drive through line 10 minutes to place order (3rd in line.) Waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. Order total (4 pc. Chicken nuggets) was $2.49. I gave server a ten dollar bill and two quarters ($10.50) She quickly handed me $7.01 changed and walked away. I called out, "This isn't the right amount." You should have given me $8.01. She came back to the window. I expected her to either apologize for the error or to argue with we. I was totally taken aback when she replied, "I don't have any more ones in the drawer." I asked, "So you were just going to short me a dollar?" Her retort, " Well, I told you I don't have any dollars." I quickly replied, "Then give me four quarters!" She said she didn't have any change either. I came back with, "Then get me the manager!" It was a small miracle when she returned, slammed four quarters in my hand and told me that was all there was! I like Wendy's food in general, but their service at most locations needs some attention. This one's customer service was deplorable!

Saw the long drive thru line so went inside to eat. Noticed they were a little short handed. She greeted me then took my order, let me scan my app for an offer, and thanked me. My food was fresh and only took maybe 5 minutes if that. I know others were less patient and rude but I feel if you treat people right, they will treat you right which is how my experience was a positive one. I would recommend this Wendy's and I would come back. Thank you

Waiting over 30 min for my order cause they accidentally gave it to someone else and blamed me because they called my name several times? So how does one person say they gave it away and the other say that they been called my name but yet j was sitting in the dining room next to the pick up counter waiting for my order to be called. Then i just asked for a refun and she says, "we dont do refunds." Like f*inkg thanks i guess. Automatically giving me attitude as i said i been waiting like, i get it i work in the industry but i'm just kindly asking for a refund which i know they can do. Just dont bother coming in here, they DONT CARE.
