Saw the long drive thru line so went inside to eat. Noticed they were a little short handed. She greeted me then took my order, let me scan my app for an offer, and thanked me. My food was fresh and only took maybe 5 minutes if that. I know others were less patient and rude but I feel if you treat people right, they will treat you right which is how my experience was a positive one. I would recommend this Wendy's and I would come back. Thank you

This location has been on a steady decline when it comes to service and the employees' attitudes. On my last visit, the manager argued with me for about 5 minutes insisting that I ordered through the app for a different location. It wasn't until another employee overheard us and said that my order was sitting under the heat lamp by the fries. No apology from the manager.
