We just tried to get something at 9:45 on a Friday night and they said only the drive through is open. Ridiculous that they close the lobby 1.5 hours before it says they do, especially on a Friday. We were supercharging so we couldn't do the drive through. Very disappointed. Employees didn't even seem to care at all.
Whoever was working the drive thru is always rude to us and wearing an AirPod while yelling at customers
Got in town late while traveling cross country. Saw that Wendy's was open. Wish I hadn't. The staff acted like i personally ruined their day by showing up at 10:45 to order food. The burger looked like it had been put together by playing ring toss. The fries tasted like that had been made 12 hours ago, and they forgot to give me a straw.
When I pay $15 for ONE combo meal... it should at least be decent.
