We stumbled upon this establishment on our way to tour while on vacation. What a happy accident! We had tried a seafood restaurant the day before in the French quarter and left a bit disappointed thinking we wouldn't get the great dining experience we were hoping for while in New Orleans, but Restaurant des Familles more than provided. Everything we had was wonderful, not to mention the service was good and the views were lovely. So happy we stopped!
This is a MUST STOP whenever I am in New Orleans!! The service is amazing and the FOOD & DRINKS are DIVINE!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
The place was nice, great views of the bayou and wildlife. The service was good. The food was missing something. I would make my driver give it a second chance if we were in the area again.
