When waiting in line, the cashier kept shooting the breeze with coworkers and other customers making the ordering process take much longer than it should have. I stood in front of her ready to order while she continued to speak to the previous customer who was obviously a regular. I had to interrupt the conversation so I could order.

Person taking the order was extremely rude and condescending. I don’t come to BK often at all and wanted to order the “Combo Your Way” as shown on the menu but was met with a horrible attitude and told, “ That’s just a regular menu item. What do you want” Like… geez sorry, I’m just ordering how I see it on the menu.

Not impressed with this location. Ordered a wrap and got stale, very old cold chicken. Workers were nice and seemed to be on top of things - so pretty disappointed to get old food.

Cam through the drive thru at 1159pm store closes at 2 am..was told coke machine is shut down a fountain machine takes 5 minutes to clean once done.,only orange juice only cash that credit card machine was shut down..I've came before at like 10pm oh we are out of ice..i manage a restaurant in the area ive been doing it 20 years and this does not help you retain customers it makes us want to go elsewhere

Service is absolutely terrible . Need to fire all those kids in there that obviously do not care about their jobs. Rude and very unprofessional , they will get nowhere in life with that attitude .

Worst Burger King ever. Every single time I have given this place another chance they remind me why I never come to this location. Every time I have ever gone here (4x) I have been asked to pull up so the kitchen staff can cheat their timer. My order is wrong every single time, all I ask for is no ketchup, it’s not a complicated order. Apparently have it your way is not the motto here.

The service was excellent today. We asked for crispy fries and they delivered! The lady with the wrist brace was friendly, courteous and helpful. Best Burger King visit in years.

Chicken fries were completely burnt. Did not receive any sauce. Cashier didn’t even know what a rodeo burger is. All employees were standing outside the store talking while the new guy was running around by himself. Still had all of the seasonal items on the menu but were no longer serving any of them. Just very subpar and not friendly at all. I’d choose a different BK from now on.
Asked for no mayonnaise on anything because I’m very allergic to it. Surprise what do I see when I get home? Both items have mayonnaise now I can’t eat either part of my meal.

From the beginning my experience with going in wasn’t the best. A male and female employee actively went back and forth about who would take my order. I was over it at that point but my kids wanted Burger King.. okay cool, the girl who finally took our order showed in her entire character that she didn’t want to do it.. okay whatever still stuck beside it for the kids! But the icing on the cake was hearing someone who appeared to be higher up voicing how she feels about crackheads coming through the drive through line causing her time to never be able to go down. Being that I’m an individual who waits tables for a living one thing I know for sure is we don’t talk about customers in front of customers no matter the situation. If we do choose Burger King again I’ll definitely just stick with the drive through so I at least I can’t see that you don’t want to take my order.

The Texas Double Whopper is excellent. It seems nowadays "Fast Food" is no longer "Fast". My last experience left much to be desired. The staff at this location would take an order, then ask you to pull forward to the second window, then tell the next customer to hold on. They would then not take take the next order till the previous order was at least partially filled. Then to be told to pull around to the double doors and someone would bring you the rest of your order.
