Lobby empty, drive thru empty, but it takes 11 minutes to get a meat and cheese only burger w fries and onion rings?
Customer came in about 4 minutes after I had ordered and she got her food before mine because she knows the employees? Make it make sense. Not spending another dollar at this store location, stay abysmal.

Went to BK on Juban Dr in drive thru. Ordered a #5 breakfast meal. When we got to the window and paid was told to pull up behind another car waiting. Employee came out and handed a bag to both us and the other vehicle. Of course we left and pulled out into construction area where we discovered that the items received were wrong. NEVER leave without checking your order first.

Let me begin by saying that my wife had went through the drive thru to order food for us and she told me that the employee that was working at the drive thru window on Tuesday, Nov 4th 2025, around 9:39pm had a very disrespectful attitude towards her. Lastly When my wife and I started to eat the fries, they were unsalted, and extremely dry to where the chewed up fries constantly kept getting stuck in our throat! Very Unacceptable, I strongly don't recommend eating at this location!! I believe Burger King's Corporal Headquarters should be notified and they will have the issue dealt with accordingly. 😡😡😡😡

I love the atmosphere here. The employees are very friendly. They have made mistakes on my orders, but are quick to fix or replace them.
Update: Free Whoppers on the App! You can't beat that!

When waiting in line, the cashier kept shooting the breeze with coworkers and other customers making the ordering process take much longer than it should have. I stood in front of her ready to order while she continued to speak to the previous customer who was obviously a regular. I had to interrupt the conversation so I could order.

Person taking the order was extremely rude and condescending. I don’t come to BK often at all and wanted to order the “Combo Your Way” as shown on the menu but was met with a horrible attitude and told, “ That’s just a regular menu item. What do you want”
Like… geez sorry, I’m just ordering how I see it on the menu.

Not impressed with this location. Ordered a wrap and got stale, very old cold chicken. Workers were nice and seemed to be on top of things - so pretty disappointed to get old food.

Cam through the drive thru at 1159pm store closes at 2 am..was told coke machine is shut down a fountain machine takes 5 minutes to clean once done.,only orange juice only cash that credit card machine was shut down..I've came before at like 10pm oh we are out of ice..i manage a restaurant in the area ive been doing it 20 years and this does not help you retain customers it makes us want to go elsewhere
Service is absolutely terrible . Need to fire all those kids in there that obviously do not care about their jobs. Rude and very unprofessional , they will get nowhere in life with that attitude .
Worst Burger King ever. Every single time I have given this place another chance they remind me why I never come to this location. Every time I have ever gone here (4x) I have been asked to pull up so the kitchen staff can cheat their timer. My order is wrong every single time, all I ask for is no ketchup, it’s not a complicated order. Apparently have it your way is not the motto here.

Chicken fries were completely burnt. Did not receive any sauce. Cashier didn’t even know what a rodeo burger is. All employees were standing outside the store talking while the new guy was running around by himself. Still had all of the seasonal items on the menu but were no longer serving any of them. Just very subpar and not friendly at all. I’d choose a different BK from now on.
