The Texas Double Whopper is excellent. It seems nowadays "Fast Food" is no longer "Fast". My last experience left much to be desired. The staff at this location would take an order, then ask you to pull forward to the second window, then tell the next customer to hold on. They would then not take take the next order till the previous order was at least partially filled. Then to be told to pull around to the double doors and someone would bring you the rest of your order.

Never have I ever had an issue with Burger King my fries are nearly no existent they didn’t put cheese on my husband sandwich which he paid for and completely messed up my order how incompetent do you have to be I’m not very pleased With this location something needs to be done about it I’ll just have to go to a different location seems they just hire anyone in that area if you don’t want to be there don’t don’t ruin a customers experience bc you’re not happy

Faker here and ordered the family bundle because I had a coupon. I was charged full price after handing the guy at the window my coupon because apparently you’re supposed to tell them a code or something. And the food was cold as well. Thought this one would be different but I guess they’re all the same.

Went there and everything we ordered is WRONG . I ordered the Italian chicken sandwich I got a chicken sandwich instead I also ordered to rodeo cheeseburges they had no cheese an also got a fish sandwich tasted sour and very nasty will not be going there agian I suggest others do the
This Burger King in my town of Denham Springs, Louisiana has a friendly (but almost always short handed) staff. My pick up orders are always correct & on time. Friendly faces & smiles are sure to grewt you and who doesn't just love a Burger King flame broiled whopper!!

Only one star because it’s required. I had to get new tires next door so while that was happening I did a mobile order. This was around 1230 pm on April 15, 2023. My son and I walked next door to Burger King about 20 minutes later to get our order. First problem is the didn’t have it ready and was asking me what was on my order. I’m thinking can’t you see these orders. Got our food finally and as we are eating I watch the fry kid clear his throat over the fries multiple times, munching on fries multiple times and several workers including the fry kid didn’t have gloves. One worker had gloves that she apparently had on for a while because there were no fingers in the gloves. No way this place would’ve passed if they got inspected today.

Why can this place not include sauce? Every single order I get doesn't have the sauce. 16 piece nuggets, missing half the nuggets and none of the sauce I asked for. Also, my No Mayo burger...was made Only Mayo. Really aggravating to spend money and not receive what you pay for. Also, my delivery driver said they were rude when she asked about making sure everything was correct. They sealed the bag. Going to have to stop getting food from this location if they cannot get their employees trained correctly. It is explicitly written on the order receipt.
