Delicious food and a great veggies burger! The fries were extremely hot and tasty. Our server, as well as the other staff, was really nice and friendly. Also, the pickles are absolutely AMAZING!!! They could do a little more cleaning, but it wasn't horrible. Just sticky tables on the floor.

Overall I would say the food at this establishment is great, but the location is poorly maintained. The hamburgers and cheese fries were top-notch, but the atmosphere was unpleasant because of the uncleanliness. Management did reply to my comment with a statement about addressing the issue, and I hope they truly do because I would visit again if they can fix the problem.

Loved the service. Attentive but not hovering. Friendly and conversive. Food was perfect temperature. Burger was cooked just right and tasted very good. Big plate of onion rings so quantity was awesome. A bit too greasy for my preference but were good. Decent atmosphere. Not really much of an exterior view but nice interior. Interesting pictures. Price matched what I'd expect.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and entrance. Wide enough between tables but not lots of space, especially in some areas. Doable.

My wife and I love the brisket burger on pretzel bun. They currently have a great special on Mondays where kids can eat free with the purchase of a regular meal. Fries are delicious and a good amount for the price.

Ordered a burger and it was made wrong, then they tried to correct by adding toppings and it still was wrong. Not blaming the server at all she was very sweet, but the manger needs not be be training and or needs to be retrained herself. That place used to be great I’m not sure what happened, but it’s not worth the money anymore.

After 40 minutes of being in the restaurant today with no food I left. Service at lunch time here is never very good. The place was very slow at 1:30 in the afternoon. Took several minutes to place a drink order then several more to get the drink. I was there on my lunch break so I ran out of time. Would have had to eat quickly and not be able to enjoy the meal to make it back to work on time. Not the first time I have had this experience here.

came to this location as a pit-stop to MS for C-T-C, and the brisket burger was on point! The wheat bun was a little too steamed, but I gobbled it up, nonetheless. ?
Our waiter was so awesome.
The weird thing my boyfriend noticed on the receipt was there was a $2.00 upcharge for him asking for LESS SEASONING on the fries. ? CRAZY!
Management, stop placing patrons in those little small tables for 2. No one really likes those spots. ?

Food was good, server was pleasant, and restaurant was clean. Issue was them being out of items, and no utensils.
Went back, enjoy the food, but server was one of the worst in awhile anywhere. Pleasant, but completely inattentive when it comes to refills and any other needs the table might have.
