My only complaint was how dirty it was; you could see the smudges and prints on the table and menus.It wasn't busy and they were hanging around when they definitely could have cleaned.For that reason we wouldn't go back.
The burgers are great. What i didn't like was the hidden fees. The server asked what kind of cheese we'd like but never mentioned it was an upcharge. When i order a burger and the response is, and what kind of cheese would you like, I'd assume it came with the price listed. 3 $8 burgers and 3 drinks turned into a $52 bill. Its like everything on the burger is an upcharge which is fine had the server let us know about it before hand instead of talking like its something that comes on it.

Shared a garlic butter fry appetizer, which was great. I had a filet burger, which is normally very good, but this visit, it was overcooked and very dried out.Also, our group discussed that our burgers seemed smaller, as did the appetizer fry quantity, so not only have prices continued increasing, but portions appear smaller (?)So, a draft beer, $8, a burger, $15, my cost share of fry appetizer, $3, totaled with tax and tip, nearly $35. That's ridiculous.

The burger was delicious. The onion rings were thin,oily and overcooked but I didn't go for the onion rings I was looking for a great burger and they nailed it. Definitely a 5 star burger.

Today, I just knew my burger was going to be good when the lovely waitress Ms. Jamilah took my order. I came last week and the burger was amazing and I know it’s going to be amazing today. Thank you Burgersmith.
First time here and probably the last time. I ordered the fried okra and that was the only good thing I had. Ordered the bourbon burger and it took a while to come out honestly. There was more lettuce that meat in my burger and it fell apart after a few bites, had to eat it with a fork. The burger had no flavor except SALT. I ordered the fries with it too and all I tasted was SALT. Look, I love salt, but this was scary. I walked away that night with salt under my fingernails there was so much. A warning for people with high blood pressure to NOT EAT HERE. The service I received wasn't anything special either. Waitress looked dead and lost. People working here are zombies on the late shift. All in all, food only tastes like salt and it was over all very disappointing. Will probably not be returning any time soon.
