Would not recommend ordering ahead if you want your food on time.

I ordered and got a confirmation for one of their family packs at 11:40am two Saturdays ago to be ready at 5:30pm.

I arrived at 5:38 pm. It was not ready. I told them what I was picking up and it wasn’t ready yet.

I’ve worked in the service industry for 17 years and anytime I was running behind I always let the customer know. I would have liked an acknowledgment...

4 stars because I don't like chicken salad, but they have a great turkey club sandwich. The turkey pesto is also good. Fresh ingredients, good and fast service, and quality food - what's not to like (besides chicken salad as a whole in my case ?)? This is a good restaurant.

The food is good but not a good value at all. you will probably leave here needing more food if your honest with yourself. employees are ok i guess, its just not a good value. And whats with the goofy name "chicken salad chick" it just doesnt work lol
