This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had at Denham Patty. The girl who took my order was cold and I could barely understand. When I picked up my order I asked for a drink holder to go along with my 4 kids meals that I ordered. I had made 3 of the 4 drinks and another person came out of the kitchen and shouted, “Who ordered the 4 kids meals?” She was standing 2 ft in front of me and knew it was me! Clearly, she knew it was me and the girl who took my order wouldn’t even come out to have a conversation! I handed them their drinks back and left. Upon getting home with our food the order was incorrect and the burgers were significantly smaller than the buns. Our family won’t be back to Denham Patty. Which is a shame because it was a family favorite.

PRICES ON GOOGLE DIFFERENT THAN INSTORE. These people just charged me $26.89 for a double bacon burger with onion ring and a small fountain drink. Good luck staying open with those prices. AND you only get 4 onion rings 😂😂

OMG! This place is the GOAT for Denham burgers. I have always had a great experience here, and am pretty frequent. The staff are friendly, and go out of their way to make the customer happy. The food is always well made and tasty. I highly recommend.

I was going to be out for the night so I ordered 2 burger meals for me and the wife. We go to eat and the fries were so dry like they were over cooked or they had been dropped back into the grease to make old fries seem fresh. My wife said her burger was decent but mine tasted over seasoned. Im surprised because I always get fresh food from here and the burgers always taste good but this time the food was definitely not worth the money. I will be calling to get a refund or get a remake on our food.

Unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill. I’ve paid for extra items multiple times and didn’t receive them, and the burgers often come fully dressed even when that’s not how they’re advertised online—including the kids’ burger. Also, the fries have no salt or any seasoning on them. We’ve given them several chances over the past few months, hoping things would improve, but the same issues keep happening. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered. I did call to address the issue, but the person I spoke with wasn’t very helpful. At this point, we’ve decided it’s time to find a new place. Honestly, based on our experiences, it’s hard to see how they’ll keep customers if things don’t change.

I will start by saying Denham patty used to be such a good burger!! But.. the past few times we’ve gone have been terrible! Last time we went, the cheese on my burger was not melted, so my husband made sure to specify to the front desk, girl that I want the cheese melted on the patty like a normal cheeseburger comes. They bring out both of our burgers, neither one of our cheese is melted at all. They just slapped the piece of cheese on so I bring it back up and ask them to please put the patty on the grill and melt the cheese like I specified. The girl in the kitchen proceeds to put the whole entire burger on the grill bun and all and jars at my bun And brings it back and I was told the cook said it’s melted enough… I was baffled by that as anyone would be because normally it’s make the customer Happy… And they had no regard for this. I don’t think these little girls understand that people don’t have to eat out and we choose to spend our hard earned money To have a nice bite out to eat… I wasn’t asking for anything complicated at all. Just the amount of disrespect me and my husband got the entire time we were there is insane… The girls at the front were licking Takis like a popsicle stick their fingers all in their mouth the most disgusting thing I’ve seen at the front desk of a restaurant… Some things need to be changed about this place if they’re gonna stay in business… Considering we were the only people in the building tonight… Do better Denham patty.

Great hometown burgers! Reminds me of my mom and grandma making them at home when I was a kid. Patties are thick! And the buns and sauces don’t taste like fast food garbage, they taste like real food! Will definitely come back instead of going to a drive thru.

Double, single, and a kids tender basket $49.77. Burgers were kinda small. Thought it was half pound but not really. Very bland also.
Disappointed due to the price
Strange cause the reviews were good and folks say it’s good but just like a lot of places in denham springs, it was just okay.
Table was sticky, chairs were sticky, but overall nice inside.
People were nice but think a little seasoning would have went a long way and maybe wipe the chairs and tables.
Won’t be back, didn’t hate it but not worth it.

Food is great but atmosphere is below average. Everything I touched was sticky (tables, chairs, counter tops, etc.) and that's just gross. The floors were greasy too.
Also, and it's not a big deal but was slightly annoying, they didn't have wifi. There's a sign on the door that says wifi and I can see private networks available but when I asked for the wifi password I was told it's not available for customers. So why have a wifi sign? Again, not a big deal and usually not even on my radar but I needed something online and there was no cellular signal at the time.
But, my burger and fries were excellent!
