Duke's Seafood & Steakhouse

I Tried the pesto grilled chicken pasta. Pasta was chewy, the griiled chicken was tough. Wife had the seafood gumbo on 2 shrimp in it and mostly rice. The fried mushroom batter was hard as a brick.

Food tasted like a jar of salt. I asked them to make it without salt and they put spice in there, waiter gave a dirty look when I asked for garlic bread

Awesome place I loved the food. Oysters shucked and prepared right at the bar. We had the Crawfish Bisque and Shrimp and corn bisque, both were excellent. We even met the owner"Duke" and learned about his handed down recipes from his father, quite a family tradition, don't pass this place up if you're in the area.

One of my absolute favorite places to grab a bite when I'm back home in Louisiana! Always great service, food, and for as busy as it can be, it's usually quiet enough to still have good conversations with the family over our meal. Some of the best hushpuppies around! The one in Denham is right by the Bass Pro Shops, so I always go walk off my fat belly afterwards
