Visited for the first time today. Nice little place - clean and the young man working the counter was polite and helpful. Received my food quickly. Ordered the beef brisket and pulled pork both of which were well seasoned, tender and juicy. They have a free food pantry on the inside. In my humble opinion, giving back to community and those less fortunate is a very noble and honorable thing. I am not a BBQ person, my husband kept talking about his visits here. I was finally able to go...walked in and we were greeted by the owner and her wonderful staff. The owner guided my on ordering. I was craving a burger and they have THE absolute BEST!! We also got the smothered potatoes and the out of this world green beans. My husband got a bbq plate of fabulousness. I will return.Kid-friendliness: Exceptional service!

I ranked the food 4 stars. I feel like the portions got smaller. I recognize wirh inflation everyone suffers but I'd pay more for the previous portions I used to get.Other than that great service and good people.
