I drive from Baton Rouge to Juban because the food is good, but the customer service is amazing. Our server is usually Grant and he is always on point. He is patient, kind, and observant. Just having someone take care of you the way he does makes me want to drive the extra miles. I really wish more people in the food service were as dedicated to their job as he is.We will definitely be back!!

There was a 2-3 year old barefoot standing on ledge next to food leaning over glass, coughed and sneezed multiple times over the food and mother was never asked to take child down.Parking: Good parking.Kid-friendliness: Apparently very kid friendly as they allow children to cough and sneeze all over food.

This review does not come lightly.On arrival, there was no one at the counter ordering and hardly any customers inside, yet the lobby was quite dirty. Multiple tables were dirty, and the clean table where I sat had a spill of some kind on the floor under my table and the neighboring table.The bathroom was dirty as well. Toilet dirty, dirty water and hair on the sink, paper towels on the trash can and floor.I love salt on my food..... but this food was so salty my wife and I could barely eat it.For the price of the food, I would expect a better first impression than the one I received today.

I'd love to know the logic behind putting moist food (burrito bowl) into a cardboard dish with a plastic lid. I get the whole save earth bit but couldn't you put the food in the plastic half that doesn't absorb the moisture from the food and have a cardboard lid??

I'm not sure if it's Izzos as a brand that has significantly lowered it's food quality and standards or this particular location. The food was gross. My steak nachos were dry and the meat was rubbery. My husband has a burrito and threw it in the trash after one bite. He said the chicken was disgusting.
