I use to love this place but what happened?
I got Bacon and it was raw and burnt. How do you even manage that.
Great food but horrible customer service! The staff talked bad about me while making my food! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Ben, Grace, and Matt gave my husband and I quality service. It was 8:58pm right before closing and we were weary that they may turn us around. I was just in an accident and hadn’t been able to cook, they truly helped us out in more ways than they know. We loved talking to them and their fast service got us out quick. Thanks again guys for treating us so well, they for sure have the best customer service ever!!!
I visited Jersey Mike’s on a busy Sunday afternoon, and as expected, it was packed. Despite the crowd, the staff still greeted me with a smile and took my order quickly. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and my sandwich turned out phenomenal. Be sure not to skip the hot subs—mine was fantastic!
Everything was great, including the sub bowls. It's great for someone who wants a sub without the bread. Very good 👍🏼
