Good ice cream. Unfortunately they have resorted to charging a "convinience fee" on top of your order with the reasoning being increased cost of doing business. This is literally stealing (charging you without your consent for something you did not agree to and is not even a valid charge). Won't be back because of this. What a shame.

It is more of an ends to a means than assitance with your order.Questions are answered but not expounded on, types and kinds of shakes, cookies, etc. A bit of a rushed experience. Not rude, just what do you need and get it so we can move on to another customer.

Brought the kids there and they walked in at 8:54 only to be told they are closed and wouldn’t let them get ice cream. They closed at 9 and the door was still unlocked.
