I remember when we thought Moes was awesome. The quality of the chicken and rice wasn’t good. My Food was cold. The guy offered me a large drink and I said no but would take a small or medium. He said that we only have a large or water cup. Not very good customer service. I was going to leave a comment on receipt but there was no feedback scan at the bottom of my receipt

I entered perturbed that Google Maps sent me to Moe's when I asked for Chipotle. The tofu salad was much better than I expected.

We were a little skeptical about visiting Moe's because as long-time GA residents we know that Moe's does not have history down in Louisiana.
However, we took the chance after reading some not so favorable reviews about this locatoon's service.
The ladies who serviced us were welcoming, kind, and patient..
The food didn't disappoint. It was prepared and served well. It was the end of the night, so the salsa station was put away, and I didn't see the tea brewer out.
I am sure we will return.

Portion sizes were pathetic and it felt like none of the employees knew what they were doing. food was also clearly not fresh in any way. do not recommend

I want to start this review by saying, I love the Moe’s franchise! I’m always excited to stop in at a Moe’s and get a delicious meal. They ~usually~ never disappoint.

Unfortunately, after a string bad service experiences, I will not stop in at this location anymore. We’ve come to this location a few times over the past couple months and had different workers at the counter each time..but it never failed that we were treated like an inconvenience for walking through the door. Sometimes they’re too busy socializing with each other and sometimes they’re in such a foul mood they don’t even look at you while you’re ordering or communicate to their team members.

I can only imagine this is a management issue at this point. From now on we’re avoiding this Moe’s. If you were disappointed by this location, I highly recommend trying Moe’s at a different location to experience how good it could be.

Good food, service is not so great.

EDIT: Service is now great lately. Eli is an excellent employee.

Service was good and they assist so good to choice of sauce, but food was too nasty, rice was cooked half way, beans same way, there was no taste at all, i prefer not to go next time, i recommend qdoba, their food is million time better then this moe’s.

Disappointed. First visit to this Denham Springs fast food restaurant. The dark chicken was burnt; otherwise the salad was good. $2.99 for a bottle of water is ridiculous, in my opinion. I was not given a receipt and didn’t think to ask, still processing the $20 bill for a salad and 2 bottles of water and a $1 tip. My wife used the women’s bathroom, no toilet paper.

I went into Moe’s today 8/3/2024 and this was the first time I’ve ever had great service. The young lady that waited on me (Jasmine) was wonderful, nice and patient with me. She was attentive and super accommodating when I wanted extra of anything. They ran out of steak and veggies and made more for me with no problem or attitude and I really appreciated it!!’
I will definitely be back to be waited on by her she gave top notch service!!!!’
