I’m so annoyed I went here and ordered food and just got home to realize they let me buy cheese dip but didn’t give me any chips. I got a burrito and a quesadilla and it was almost $30 I could’ve gone and had a real dinner at a restaurant for that price. Way too pricey and not good service. Our chicken was HARD. I called and tried to talk to a manager and the only one working was a shift leader who didn’t do anything to try to fix the problem. Will NEVER be back. Smh don’t waste your time or money by going here.

The crunch wrap thing is amazing. Great food. Lots of options. Decent prices. Coke freestyle machine. Entrees come with chips. Salsa bar is open! Pretty rare after 2020. This will be in the rotation.

If I could give fewer stars, I would.I was very disappointed in Moe's when we went recently. For one, we hadn't been in since they changed the menu and were looking forward to it. I ordered something from the left-hand menu and wanted to add something to it. The first employee went along with it, but the second employee said they couldn't customize that. Apparently, that menu item is NEW, with no allowable substitutions or additions; however, nowhere on the menu does it say these things aren't allowed. Why not charge for the original menu item and add an uncharge, which I said I would pay? I also offered to pay for the "build your own," but these employees had no problem solving skills. I finally told them to throw it away, which they did. They remade without my asking (I just wasn't going to eat), and we paid for it anyway. Only ended up eating 25% and left the rest. Their comment was that corporate made whatever change, and I get that, but I was also trying to encourage them to tell the manager in hopes they could put up a disclaimer so other customers don't make the same mistake I did when trying to order said menu item. But they just shrugged their shoulders like they couldn't be bothered. I've been eating at Moe's periodically for the past 20+ years and never received such poor service.

This Moes is about 30 minutes from my house and I've only visited here three times with this being my third. This rice was very hard to chew and overcooked. The grilled vegetables looked terrible and the toppings did not look too fresh. The poblano crème sauce was amazing and probably saved the meal along with the hot sauce. There was a cool worker in there that put a decent amount of fillings on my burrito and even admitted that this Moes does not get much investment because it's not busy. I can't hate on them too bad if management isn't investing all that they can into this location. The ambience was peaceful. It smelled clean on the inside. The floor near the salsa bar, the floor around some parts of the lobby, and some tables were dirty, however. A big red flag was that the salsa at the salsa bar had a lukewarm temperate when eating....not good. Didn't even finish all my chips because the salsa was not cold to combat the spice of the burrito and what I had put in it.It tastes like Moes and it fills a Mexican craving, but the ingredients and food are not of very high quality. I'm giving three stars but it's like a 2.78/5

It was a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch that wasn’t a greasy, fast food, burger place. They are very similar to the Chipotle chain of restaurants. The burrito I had was nice.
Got Moe's catered and they were just fantastic. The meat was cooked perfectly and flavored just right. Amazing.

I normally do not write reviews but this place deserves it. The food is good and queso is great, that is not the issue. The issue is the staff and I assume management or lack there of. I have ordered several times from here and the last 3 times they "forget" to put the side/cup/bowl of queso with my order. Today I went in to get my order and they did it again, this time I checked and told them about it. Then they ask me if I want chips with my queso, I mean course i am not eating it with my fingers. There was another customer ordering in the line (I ordered to go) and they shorted her on her sides and cup of queso. So once they gave me my order I get home to find that the workers used my to-go bag to throw away their gloves and trash they used to make the food. That's nasty and extremely unprofessional, your hands sweat inside of gloves and then to dump them inside a customer's bag with their food. Absolutely disgusting and if your the manager of this place you should be ashamed. If you order make sure everything is right with your order and bag before you leave, basically stealing people's money.TLDRFood is great, the staff needs to be fully replaced from manager down.

Been going to this location since it was opened since it is very near my home. It was a great place to grab a bite but after my last few visits I don't think I'll be going anymore. The Mushrooms they had today looked nothing like mushrooms and I was very disappointed, high prices, employees that hide in the back and I no longer hear the famed "welcome to Moe's" when I come thru the door. Not a place I enjoy going anymore

The food is good of course. I understand why prices are so high, because the cost of food and the cost of service. The service you get in moes is absolutely garbage though. The prices should be cut in half because of the lack of customer service you get. Last time I went, the guy serving me was literally talking in the phone, he touched the phone with the gloved he touched my food with, and he was rude. Another time the guy had headphones on. In general they are just rude and unprofessional. They have poor management and i will never be going there again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. But the great American cookie and marble slab right next door is pretty good.
