I visited the Raising Cane's on Range Road in Denham Springs last night. I went through the drive-thru, and the workers were really nice. I specifically requested extra crispy chicken and fries, as well as lite ice in my Arnold Palmer. The guy entered my request into the system, and I told him I didn’t mind waiting since that’s the only way I enjoy my food.

When I got to the window, they handed me my bag. The drink had regular ice, not lite ice, but I didn’t complain. However, after driving the 15 minutes home, I discovered that the chicken tenders were barely battered, and the fries were soggy and not crispy. I was frustrated. I didn’t want to drive all the way back since I was low on gas, but I ended up throwing away the food because it was tasteless and unpleasant. Even my dog wouldn’t eat it. I literally wasted my money. They were not busy so my request could have definitely been fulfilled .

For my part, I don't give it any stars. They wanted to steal my card. I paid with it and they gave me back a Cannes card and they gave it to me wrapped in the receipt and when I saw the receipt and saw that it wasn't my card, I skipped my card. They just returned it to me. But if I hadn't noticed, they would steal it and they didn't give me salad in my combo, bad place, be careful.

It was late at night but we had a good service my kids were the ones that ate and they loved it

Only complaint is everytime going to dine inside is that the tables and chairs always dirty with food crumbs... My opinion is they should have someone walk around regularly with a rag or rags cleaning the table and chairs

Other then that Raising Cane's is always the go to chicken place for My Husband Daughter and I :)))

Stopped in bc Daughter wanted some good ole cane's and when I came nice as always but I was impressed bc months back i left a review saying they was good and friendly just needed to clean
And well this time around the tables and floors as well the women's bathroom was clean they did Amazing ?

Fries are not fried adequately. My opinion the chicken is bland. I only go for convenience.

As always Cane’s was great. One of the few fast food chains that consistently delivers in every aspect of dining out.

while their service is fast and the employees are courteous, they are making so much in fries when they are busy that good luck getting fresh food that is edible

I'm happy that the food is NEVER too salty because high blood pressure is a thing so I appreciate that. But the problem is the TEN (10) ? FRIES they're serving! And the Tenders are very small...like kid size...sad . Who is this owner..this location needs to be reported!! I bet the workers take home big plates of food though..

Can't go wrong with Raising Cain's! The drive thru service was fast and the workers were friendly.
