The last two times of my visits I've ordered the number 6 chili cheese dog with cheese onions on the side freeze be cold so I asked don't add salt they say they don't do that so when I did bring the order out the freeze is cold and I was on a lunch break didn't have time to let them take it back I did that before and then the hot dog was cold by the time the Fry's came back and I paid a total of $8 for the second time so I wasn't happy but the service was excellent atmosphere was great

this one employee with the ponytail was very rude and had horrible customer service. i ordered a large sweet tea and it was unsweet, it was for my mom. so i went back again and ordered another one. unsweet as well. so i told him that this was my second time coming back for the sweet tea and it was unsweet again. all he had to say was “funny because ik its sweet” i wasn’t in the mood to argue but he was just plain rude. not the first time with him either.

I’ve been going to sonic for years, lately I’ve noticed quality of food has gottten worse, they barely put any condiments on food, order get messed up a lot, I ordered 2 footlong coneys with mustard , ketchup, and cheese. picture attached of what I got. No cheese barely any mustard or ketchup.

The Denham Springs Sonic is the worst one of all. If they get your order right, which they usually don't, it comes with a sour attitude or the carhop doesn't speak to you at all. Half of their speakers don't work and if they do, it won't take your payment. All the food is cold and seems to be slapped together hours before. If you want Sonic, go to another one.

I am sick of this Sonic The wait is always long and the staff is always rude Tonight I ordered two Sonic cheeseburger combos and one sonic double cheeseburger with bacon without the combo and pickle fries The food was cold and the tater tots and a pickle fries barely had anything in it I will be attaching pictures..... to begin with whenever the girl came across the speaker to take my order she seemed very bothered by the fact that I was even there she didn't ask me what sizes I wanted the combos and when I went to specify what sizes I would like them she literally sighed like it was a big deal to change the size of the combos and whenever the car hop came to bring me my order she was also bothered by the fact I was there there was no courtesy no manners not to mention our food was cold like it had been sitting in an ice box literally... This is not my first unpleasant experience at this Sonic location in fact almost every time I stop by this location it's not a pleasant experience there is a couple of other Sonic locations in my parish I will be attending those from now on I will no longer stop by this Sonic it doesn't matter what day what time I go or what I order if a long wait and rude staff I'm done with it

Everyone did an amazing job. We showed up with 18 people for ice cream and they had us served within 20 minutes.
