Was doordashing, waited 20 minutes for a simple order because they forgot to check the order in. Once I reminded them it came out within 3 minutes. They’re very fast, but they didn’t think about why we were sitting for so long while so many other cars had come and gone. I recognize that it was a simple mistake but the girl handing out food looked at our car several times and never thought to check in, which is why I am mildly frustrated.Again, good food, fast production, but...read full review

Something is wrong with their microphones. At one time I heard 2 people ask customers to repeat orders because they can't hear. That was right after we had to repeat our order. So, ya gotta yell. Other than that frustrating detail, it was decent for a Sonic.

They rush you on the intercom when you order. Food wasn't as good as most Sonics. Carhops are friendly, management isn't. Wait time was long when not busy. Could only imagine how long it would be at lunch. Wouldn't go to that location again if I wanted Sonic.
