My personal experience with Sonic has always been ok. Today I went to the Denhamsprings location and the service was incredibly quick especially with the promotion going on. I had probably the quickest service today over any food industry before. Good jobs guys 👏🏻

They do alot better job than most fast food places around walker. And I think the 4 stars prove that. Not the perfect place ofc but they get the job done. They always have shakes so thats nice, not lying like McDonalds employees. I just dont recommend ordering anything with cheese or alot of cheese bc it taste really shitty & artificial just like every other fast food restaurant

First time I ordered in the app, just to find out they had none of the items I ordered and had to get a full refund. The refund was sorted quickly, but upon returning the next night (after 7p) the app wasn't working for half price shakes and the employee couldn't do anything about it. Refunding 1 of the 2 shakes could've been a solution to the app not working for half priced shakes, but instead they just blamed 3rd party app and did nothing, so I went to DQ for...
