I would give this place no stars if it was possible. They forget the marinara sauce every single time I order from DoorDash. Lesson learn and never ordering here ever again.

I waited forever for 1 milkshake.... They just forgot to bring it out. It then melted and they had to make it again. They were very apologetic and nice and the food is always good.

Too much ice in the drinks when I asked for no ice and a cup of ice on the side .
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I ordered ahead through the app and once I received my drinks they were absolutely disgusting. Then after the drinks were remade still tasted off but I didn’t want to ask for my drinks to me be remade AGAIN. So, went home and tried to put a bandaid on a bullet hole and I couldn’t manage to fix it. So I dumped them down the drain and called them back to have this issue fixed. They proceeded to be absolutely as rude as they can scoot by being. I hung up immediately not trying to loose my calm on them and I called corporate about it (which they fixed). I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!! Take your money somewhere else don’t even bother! I used to attend this place often for a little drink on the go and it’s just completely and extremely upsetting to be treated in such a manor.

Ordered a plain ,no cheese, burger but got cheese anyway even trusted the girl when I asked her if there was no cheese and she assured me it doesn’t this is like the 5th time this has happened the whole time we’ve been going here tired of it

No one was on roller skates, the back door to the bathroom was stuck, there were wires sticking out of previous kiosks, everything was sticky, and I developed severe depression. Classic Sonic experience! I brought my own lunch though, so I'm not sure how the food was. The employees were nice! Didn't even threaten us.
