Lived in Denham my whole life, have always came to this location and it’s always been fine but in recent years and especially these past couple of months it’s been terrible. The employees are clueless and the quality of the drinks has gone down tremendously and for the price you pay it’s ridiculous. The matcha is never made correctly and neither is the cold foam ever. I have also ordered different types of cold coffees and they are never made correctly or consistent. The syrup has been missing or the ice to drink ratio is never reasonable. I think they have hired a handful of new employees and i realized that the drinks have been even worse since.

In drive through they can’t hear you and they messed up not only mine but my friends order I paid for extra Carmel church and they gave me Carmel. Normally it’s good but the guy taking our orders couldn’t hear and it was aggravating

Very unfriendly location. The kids working there don't want to be there by their attitude. Rude customer service. I've never had a bad experience at Starbucks until this day. They had the nerve to ask for a tip. Yeah I said no and hell no in my head. Not the place to get coffee

This is the worst Starbucks. I order a Venti lemonade and a sandwich. I didn’t got a grande and before I could ask a question the lady walked away. She had the look like she absolutely hated her job. She did bare minimum to greet me and assist me in the drive thru. I will never go to this location.

This used to be my favorite location. My coffee was always made to perfection. I never had a complaint about anything. For the past few weeks my coffee has been disgusting. Literally tastes like water and coffee mixed together every single time. Whoever is making the coffee should get some more training or just not be a barista at all. Highly disappointed.

Does anyone else get nervous ordering at Starbucks? I don’t know why, but I do. My family just randomly stopped at this location on our long road trip and I was mentally preparing what to say so I don’t sound like a complete idiot (since some locations aren’t the friendliest). However, when we walked in we were welcomed with warm smiles and I was mentally anxious for no reason. I wish I got our cashier’s name but he was extremely helpful and kids loved his happy vibe. Just wanted to give a shout-out to the staff that helped us!Ps. Get the orange cake pop…it was a great suggestion! ?
