I love this location but I'm disappointed with the egg nog latte. It used to be really good and then it was gone. The one they have now doesn't compare. I'll still be back but I won't order that one again.

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Starbucks Staff!! I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience at this Starbucks. Based on the google street views and retracing my drive, I think I am writing about the right Starbucks. I was driving from Katy, TX to NJ, and after starting my trip at 2 AM, I finally stopped in Louisiana around 6:30 AM feeling completely exhausted. I went into the store barely able to keep my eyes open. When the barista asked how I was doing, I told her I was sleepy and needed a strong coffee. She kindly suggested a latte with an extra shot of espresso, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. I sat down to rest, sipping my coffee and feeling a little more human. As I was getting ready to leave, I went to wash my face, and when I came back, the same barista handed me a small bag of cookies for the road, wishing me a safe trip. It was such a sweet and kind gesture, and I was really touched. Later on, when I opened the bag somewhere in Tennessee, I found not just cookies, but a mix of nuts & raisins, rice cake, and an energy bar. It felt like a mom making sure her kid had everything they needed to keep going in this situation — such a simple, caring & thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. I couldn’t help but feel grateful, and honestly, a little emotional. I never got to thank her in person like this, but I’ll never forget the kindness she showed. Thank you for such a moving experience and I wish you well in whatever you do. You made a long, tiring trip just a little bit easier. God bless you!

As a restaurant employee, it’s important to pay attention to detail. Like when someone says, “I’d like a matcha latte but with non dairy vanilla cream.” Kinda implies either I don’t drink dairy or I CANT drink dairy..to then only get a 10$ drink that’s filled atleast half way with whip cream. The employees are great but it’s so busy in there they need more employees or just a better teamwork system. && yea the picture included the drink is almost empty as are my bowels from the dairy. I order atleast a couple times a week since the non dairy lavender matcha came out && ive never had this happen. Whip cream doesn’t even go in a latte…🙄🤷🏻♀️

The drinks are always consistent (thank you, venti iced deliciousness), the bakery case is full of temptation, and the vibe is just the right mix of cozy and “maybe I’ll finally write that novel.” But the real magic? The baristas. Friendly, fast, and somehow able to decode my overly complicated order with a smile and zero judgment. They’re out here doing the good deeds in green aprons.
Five stars for fueling mornings, softening Mondays, and spelling my name close enough to make me smile. ☕🌟💚

You got to be real clear on how you want your drink made cuz some of the people there will just throw it together so you got to make sure you tell them how you want it made sweet or not sweet extra sweet etc and friendly fast service and always always get good customer service plus if you have the app you can scan your phone and get free items such as cake pops or desserts or food or another coffee it's up to you the points add up quick so check them out if you're a coffee lover like me!
