I’ve had at least 1000 iced white mocha coffee at Starbucks but this franchise does not know how to make them. It is completely white. They remade it and it’s still not right. Taste like milk no coffee. Too bad they don’t have a 7brew in Juban, they never disappoint.

I really like to eat in at this location. The inside atmosphere is really spacious and very well done. The perfect place to get some work done or to dine in with friends. My to-go order is always on time and I am greeted with a smile. And the drive-thru service is always fast and they've never mess up in order

My wife loves Starbucks. That being said, I pretty much have to make her happy. For the life of me, I can't understand why almost all of the stores can not keep a full inventory in stock. It seems like every time we go, they are out of something. I'm just so glad that we didn't hire the owner of Starbucks to run our country. I wonder if Starbucks would be out of so much inventory if Donald Trump were running the business. Doubtful.

I don't frequent places like this bc I don't drink coffee. But I stopped here to get something for breakfast. Got the impossible breakfast sandwich. Impossible is an understatement. Spent close to 8 bucks on this breakfast sandwich and it looked and tasted worse than a frozen breakfast sandwich that you can get from a grocery store for much less. Can get an ultimate breakfast sandwich from Wendy's one exit over that is 3 times bigger and comes with "tots" and a drink
Ordered a pink drink and it looked all separated and gross. I asked why it looked like that and she told me I don’t know. We check expiration dates every hour. Ummmm…. Why are we checking expiration dates every hour? Why do we not have an explanation? Didn’t offer to remake. Asked for a refund and got an eye roll. Drove 15 min for nothing. Would not recommend this location.

This is like no Starbucks you have ever been to.it is very different indeed, and not due to the coffee they all serve but the friendly charismatic helpful people that staff it. At least on the weekday mornings as that's when I go. If they can help you in any way they surely will all the way to helping you push your truck out of the drive thru when It wouldn't start. And we're just as happy as they could be to help there was nothing rude or aggravated as many would have been no they mustered up the team and helped you want to know how far this place goes to deliver you your coffee with a smile on their face above and beyond you got you a good one here Starbucks
