only reason service is getting two stars is because the girl at the window was very sweet. but the person who filled the cheese and half wrapped my taco needs more training apparently. I understand it's 10 Pm on a Tuesday night but if you can't handle late hours don't work them. I always love this location but whoever worked tonight was crazy lazy.

Place is a joke ever since Christy left, 3 times I've gotten the worst service.. on my recent visit, they gave my food to the truck infront of me, that person went through the boxes and realized it wasn't his, so he gave it back.
Then I pull up and they decided to give me the food that was rummaged through, I asked if that was procedure and the girl says sorry we are busy.
They then said they would fix it, so I went back only to be told they would not fix it because it was ordered in the app, place is a joke.
I haven't been in a Taco Bell for years! Why did you send me this?

Headed home on a long trip checked the food gave us the wrong order got mad that we were given the wrong food tried to convince us to take it anyways till we yelled at them and listed the ingredients to a plain bean and cheese burrito, will never stop here in particular again

Utterly ridiculous. You can no longer speak to a human when ordering your food. The answering machine is dumb as shit & can’t get your order right. Not one other car in drive through & im stuck fighting with a damn robot while the 3 workers inside sit around like bumps on a log. Why?? Lost my service today
