Good food, good drinks and good service

Rotolo's Pizzeria offers mixed experiences. The service is often slow, with long waits for orders, even though the staff tries their best to be helpful. The food is generally decent, but the kitchen can be unreliable. Cleanliness is also an issue, with tables remaining dirty even during busy periods. However, the friendly and attentive staff, particularly at the register, can make up for the restaurant's shortcomings for some customers, who are willing to return despite the occasional disappointments.
