Crawfish were cooked perfect, lacked enough seasoning for most of us. They came out of the shell easily. Service was great by our waitress. No beer, but you could bring your own, if we had known. Parking lot was awful, pot holes, mud holes and etc. Building was run down and had NO atmosphere. Iced tea was no where near ice tea, tasted like grape cool aid. Drinks served in 6" tall glasses.

Drown a cray in fresh water. Wrap in wet towel. Throw into the back of your fridge for 2 weeks. ---IT WILL START TO STINK,... that's a good thing. After 2 weeks, boil for 6min per pound (or per 500grms). Cool a bit and enjoy the soft moist meat that is the most beautiful thing to pass your lips. ---WARNING,,, the cray must be alive first, not frozen or dead. I was told this procedure by a Maori elder, Follow these steps and you will Never eat fresh again.

Our friends wanted the all-you-can-eat crawfish, but were told that there was a party of six that had ordered all-can-eat and they might eat all of the crawfish that was left! So, she said she would bring out three pound trays first and see what happened! They were out of everything else except for fried shrimp and fries and chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese. My husband and I ordered the fried shrimp and fries and the teenager with us ordered the nuggets and macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was the cheap Kraft kind; the kind you make with milk and powdered cheese! And it was served in a plastic bowl! Our friends said the crawfish was good. The shrimp was not jumbo, as we were lead to believe. The only drink choice was unsweet tea or water. The windows of the “restaurant” (a house turned into a restaurant!) were filthy, there is absolutely no decor, other than signs about how much gloves cost and that you can’t change your order once placed. The bathrooms are the first thing you see upon entering! Getting our water took some time. Getting our food took even longer! Will never go back. Will never recommend anyone else go, either. Go somewhere else!
