“I’ve been eyeing this food truck for a while on social media and finally had the chance to try them. We went on a Wednesday evening for dinner. I originally wanted the crawfish pie fries but they sold out, and for good reason because they looked delicious. I got the beef and cheese fries which were still really good. I enjoy the fries because they’re 1. Krinkle cut and 2. Not fried hard. I like a good balance of soft but crispy fries and these were great. The burgers were also delicious. I got the Spicy Mammy (sp?) one and it was really good! The beef was cooked perfectly, not overdone and dry. This is exactly what I think of when I want a good greasy burger. It’s not something I can have often due to not wanting my doctor to be mad at me if my cholesterol or triglycerides go up. But when I can get my hands on it, I’ll get it every now and then. Great job!”

Typically, the service is great but when we went, there was a small communication issue with the hostess stand and they waitress for outside. After waiting a while, I went inside just to be told I had to get reseated out side by the hostess stand. I told them the hostess told me to sit anywhere outside since there was all but one table open to sit at .

Any way the waitress I put the order with inside wás extremely friendly and she kept our outside table even though I guess her section really was inside.

We love lots of things on the menu but I tend to get the half chef salad and sweet tea. The portion is MASSIVE and I always end up with leftovers with is a bonus!

They bring out hot, fluffy, wonderful bread while you wait.

I recommend to go on a nice, sunny day so you can sit outside. It is so peaceful, you are under the big trees that give you shade, even in the hot summer months and you get the outdoor experience. Inside is great too if you want to be indoors but it can get loud if they are busy with all of the conversations happening at one time.”

“Awesome place. The evening that we went, there was a thunderstorm, there were several employees out sick, but the owner himself was awesome. He waited tables, answered phone, bussed tables, was very friendly, took time to come to our table and chat for a while with us. We have been back to dine in a couple of times more, but we order to pick up every other week. When I go in to pick up everyone is friendly and I never have to wait more than the time it takes them to get it out of the kitchen. Will never eat pizza in Abbeville at any other pizza places again. Amore has our business for life.”
