Blue Iguana Eunice is a restaurant with delicious food and great drinks. The lunch specials, including fajitas and margaritas, are fantastic with great prices. Portions are large, and the food is served hot. The decor is cute and the place is super clean and beautiful. Some reviewers noted the service can be poor and slow, though the staff is nice and courteous. However, other guests praised the fantastic servers and a specific excellent server named Zoey, who was amazing, sweet, and helpful. The atmosphere is a highlight, with Saturday karaoke as a popular draw. The stewed tacos and street tacos are some of the best authentic Mexican tacos. The margaritas are so good.
