My boyfriend bought pizza by the time we got home with it. It was so hard couldn't even eat it. Including the meat on it was even hard.. And we use to go once a week, but not no more. Tried calling to complain and no answer.. Couldn't even leave message on there voicemail..

I usually love your pizza but I gave 1 star because I found a piece of metal in my pizza! ?
Terrible isn't the word. This place used to be my go-to. Now we get crappy service and crappy food for twice the price. Case in Point: Last night we ordered a pepperoni pizza that was very "well done" and dry. Went back to replace it and that one was even worse. This has been going on for awhile. What are we spending 4 or 5 more dollars for? They don't answer the phone either, so we can't call and tell them or order anything. We have to sit in there for twenty minutes for these charred disasters.Post something on the social media and all they do is give you an automated message. I honestly wish this Eunice, LA branch would close and a Domino's would come in.

I wish I can put down 0 stars okay Let me first off say I've been coming here for years from when the The store manager was a female.I'm not gonna say her name This has to be the The worst crew /store Manager ever I go there a lot because my son is autistic.And he loves pizza, so I go there last night.Remind you this is the second time in a row that Having issues They don't answer the phone at all At least. When the other store manager was there nate he would answer the phone I have them answer the phone Anyways, so I go there last night.And I tell him I want too hot and ready The man rings me up So i am like okay, the price is off.Now instead of him explaining to me that they no longer have the 6.99 deal which remind you is displayed in the store He just rings me up For the other pizza, so i am like why is my price?So high he says i don't know they told us not to sell it anymore.That's what he tells me okay.So why was that not explained to me?Had I had not asked for my receipt I wouldn't never paid no attention to it.Because again I go to them a lot.So I haven't been paying attention Then I had to wait over twenty minutes for my two pizzas because they handed it out to somebody else I hope the Owner really checks up on this store.First of all half of the people back there look like they're on drugs OK, that was just last night. So another time the week before that, I go there again, but this time I order online just for when my husband get Home. My pizza is all burnt. Then it gives us the wrong pizza. So he has to go back up there. Get the right pizza. But my kids were so hungry that I just kept the burnt pizza. Then they tell him I'm sorry.The assistant manager walked out on the new people so we had to come because they disnt know what they was doing All I'm saying is all the money I have spent week after week there.It just seemed like it's always something.So I hope the owner sees this and get the people in order.This is just ridiculous

gotta love going in for a hot and ready pizza and just ordering one cheese pizza and waiting 40 minutes for it to get done and not being able to get a refund cause they are all hiding in the back with a lobby full of people
