Best boudin around and deer sausage is a great bonus must try
Went on a boudin tour with the Mrs. T Boys was on the route. Pretty good boudin. Would have liked it to be a little spicier but not everyone likes the spice. Texture was good. Not the paste that I've seen at some places. Tried the jalapeño cheese boudin ball. That was good but again, would have liked it a bit hotter.

My kids must have when they visit & they give me a large order to bring to them when I visit. Crawfish Rolls on Fri & Sat are a must.
